Photography Lecturer — Digital Workflows & Lighting

Bridgend College is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Photography to join the creative arts department. You will plan, prepare, and deliver practical and theoretical lessons across FE programmes, covering digital workflows, darkroom processes, and studio lighting.

The role includes assessing student work, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring curriculum content stays aligned with industry standards. A degree in Photography plus a recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to gain one)
