Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for patients with physical disabilities and injuries.
  • Manage an average daily patient volume of 16-20 patients.
  • Coordinate with hospitalist team for daytime coverage and patient management.
  • Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.
