Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services with 32 patient encounters per shift
- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month is required for consideration
- Active Washington State license or IMLC required; Washington licensed candidates are highly preferred
- Board certification required (minimum Certified)
- BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days
- Nearest airport is SeaTac for convenient travel access
