This rehabilitation facility operates in partnership with San Juan Regional Medical Center and features a 16-bed acute rehab unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies. Opportunity:
Medical Director - Rehabilitation
Job Details:
• Provide medical director services for a minimum of 20 hours per week in the acute rehabilitation unit
• Collaborate with Program Director and clinical team to provide medical direction
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations
• Work with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Joint Commission requirements
• Opportunity to work in outpatient clinic and perform inpatient consultations
• Serve patients in need of comprehensive rehabilitation services
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
• Access to latest technology and team environment
• Medical director training and support provided
