Position Highlights:
- Physician-led hospital
- Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).
- Favorable Call Schedule:35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light (700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.
- Collaborative,physician-ledcall scheduling.Compensation & Benefits:
- Million Dollar Earning Potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $300,000
- Base salary: $600,000(W2),$700, )with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.Comprehensive Benefits Package:

- Degree:MD or DO required.
- Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Licensure:Eligible for Iowa medical license.
- Skillset:Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.
