Physician Assistant (PA) - Spine Surgery

Location: The Woodlands, Texas

An established Spine Surgeon in The Woodlands, Texas , is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join the practice. This role offers a balanced mix of autonomous clinical care, advanced spine patient management, and high-level surgical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical & Clinical Care: Provide key assistance in spine surgery cases alongside the attending surgeon, in addition to managing independent clinic and office responsibilities.
• Patient Management: Conduct inpatient rounds and maintain strong, trust-based provider/patient relationships with spine patients.
• Autonomous Practice: Feel comfortable seeing spine patients independently and performing assessment and plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000 to $160,000 , commensurate with your depth of orthopedic and surgical experience.
• Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with profit sharing, CME reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), and additional opportunities for bonus income.

Requirements & Onboarding Timeline

• Texas PA License is required.
• New graduates with a strong interest or rotation background in spine surgery or orthopedics are welcome to apply.
