Physician Credentialing & Privileges Manager

IU Health is seeking a Physician Support Services Manager to lead credentialing, privileging, and peer review operations in support of patient safety and quality goals. You will ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and accreditation standards while overseeing staff performance and onboarding across the Medical Staff Services function.

The role requires managing regulatory surveys and audits, coordinating physician recruitment, and guiding department improvements.
