      What You'll Do:
      
      • Provide emergency care and treatment to adult patients in a hospital setting
      • Assess and stabilize acutely ill or injured patients
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
      • Document care and patient outcomes accurately
      • Support night and day shift coverage, including scheduled and on-call hours
      • Assist with patient discharge planning and follow-up coordination
        What You Need:
        
        • Valid California medical license and DEA registration
        • Board certification/board eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABEOM preferred)
        • Minimum of 3-5 years of acute care ER experience
        • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and efficiently
        • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
