          • Certifications: ATLS and PALS required
          • Other Qualifications: IMLC accepted; cross credentialing at multiple facilitiesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
            • Provide emergency medical care to patients at a Level II trauma center with high annual volume (49,500 visits).
            • Work rotating physician coverage shifts: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6a, with NPPA support from 9a-7p and 4p-2a.
            • Collaborate with subspecialties including Cardiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, OBGYN, and Gastroenterology.
            • Maintain active Texas medical license, board certification (ABEM/ABOEM), DEA/CDS, and required certifications (ATLS, PALS).
            • Adhere to claims-based malpractice insurance with full tail coverage ($1M/$3M limits) and participate in cross credentialing across multiple Valley Baptist facilities.
