This established practice has two FM physicians and an APP. Located in a vibrant riverfront city full of art, entertainment, sports, history and more, this metro area of close to 400K offers a cost of loving well below the national average and regular train service to Chicago!Up to $360K base salary. 100% outpatient - M-F clinic. Generous benefits package. EPIC EMR. Clinic offers Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine services. PSLF eligible.
