      What You Need
      
      • Licensure: Valid Wisconsin medical license
      • Experience: Prior family practice or outpatient experience preferred
      • Key Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered approach
      • Certifications: Basic life support (BLS) required
