Medical Center has a unique opportunity and is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our Internal Medicine Residency Continuity Clinic faculty team working with and teaching Internal Medicine residents- Full-time hospital employed position Serve as a clinical preceptor, supervising and mentoring Internal Medicine residents in their continuity clinic - Guide residents in evidence-based patient care, professional development, and practice management - Supervise residents in their documentation in the EMR, writing of orders, and articulation of care plans by reviewing resident notes and adding the appropriate addendums - Work in a collaborative, team-based academic environment with opportunities for scholarly activities- A strong interest in teaching residents in an academic clinical setting required- Generous base salary plus bonus incentives- Relocation assistance and commencement bonus- Medical education loan repayment assistance- Residency stipend for qualifying candidates- Full malpractice coverage - Comprehensive health benefits package including 401(k) - Paid CME time with annual allowance - Personal time off (PTO)
