- $100K"$120K signing bonus (select applicants)

- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
- Manage chronic conditions, wellness exams, and same-day visits
- Collaborate within an integrated care team and refer to specialists as needed
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activitiesQualifications
- MD or DO with California license and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- BLS certification; 3"5 years experience or completion of residency
- Spanish language skills a plus; EPIC experience preferredBenefits
