- 24-hour in-house call, 7:00 am - 7:00 amOverview:We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for an inpatient locum to perm opportunity starting from June onwards. The position requires 24-hour call coverage with hospital-based responsibilities.Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour call coverage, from 7:00 am to 7:00 am
- Perform ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography); EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) highly preferred
- Conduct 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consultations
- Patient demographic: Adult onlyAdditional Details:
- EMR: Cerner
- Locum to Perm: Candidate must be interested in transitioning to a permanent position.
- Board Certification: Required, or truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency
- License: Active Iowa License or IMLC required
- BLS Certification: Required
- Inpatient Work: Provider must be willing and able to work inpatient cases
- ERCP Certification: Required
