Work Dates Needed: January 2027-December 2027. Additional gap dates to pick up as needed. Preferred Schedule: Clinic hours (Tuesday-Friday +Monday), 8a-430p and take call during the day and at night (call back is very rare)Worksite Setting: OP and IP Scope of Work: New consults, rounding Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine-Hem/Onc, active KY license (IMLC or LOQ), BLS/ACLS, DEA. EMR: EPIC regular hours, night call, and weekend call: Jan 2027 - Dec 2027. Additional gap dates to pick up as needed. No regular hours on the weekend.Shifts available: Clinic hours (Tues-Fri + Mon) 8-430 and take call during the day and at night (call back is very rare at this location)Typically more Hematology than Oncology patients but this does fluctuate from month to monthCall varies also, they don't get called back into the hospital, usually just phone calls to answer questions or concernsCall would be on the weekends as well. It goes from a Tuesday to a Tuesday.New consults per week for Hematology and Oncology patients will be between 15 and 20 depending on the referral volumesThere will be hospital rounding with a midlevel to assistPatients usually go through the ER and get admitted from there if needed. Not many direct admits from the office.
