    What You'll Do
    
    • Provide pediatric inpatient care and oversee patient treatment plans
    • Participate in weekend call coverage, approximately once per month
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality care standards
    • Follow hospital protocols and compliance guidelines
    • Assist with patient flow and coordinate care during scheduled shifts
      What You Need
      
      • Valid medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
      • Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred (patient care, diagnosis, treatment)
      • Strong communication and teamwork skills
      • Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts
