Physician / Hospitalist

Our client in the Southern Oregon area is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director with a focus on Internal Medicine. There will be clinical and medical responsibilities. This is a growing non-profit hospital. The schedule allows flexibility with their block schedule. You will see an average of 18-20 patients per shift. They welcome MD and DO board eligible IM and FP physicians. H-1B visa holders can be supported. Responsibilities of the Hospitalist Medical Director:

• Advanced analytical skills for evaluations and treatments
• Ability to use professional approach to problem-solving
• Communicate with others to reflect a positive attitude
• Approximately 80% clinical work as a Hospitalist and 20% admin dutiesRequirements of the Hospitalist Medical Director:
  • BC/BE in internal medicine
  • Leadership experience
