- Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic
- Focus on resident education, supervision, and mentorship
- No independent patient panel " all clinical care performed with residents

- 90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative
- Approximately day per week protected administrative time
- Monday"Friday only; no weekends
- No call responsibilities

- 3-year guaranteed base salary
