  • Schedule: Dates: Week of December 28, for 3 days; Week of 1/4/27 - 3 days,
  • 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
  • No Call
  • Assignment:
  • EMR: Epic
  • Staff: 1 Provider, 1 NP, 1 LPN
  • Acuity level of patients: Adults acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems.
  • Patient Ratios: 1:10-15
