• Coverage Schedule: Monday through Friday, providing clinic coverage only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Support Staff: A dedicated team comprising 5 Radiation Therapists, 2 DOSIM, and 2 on-site physicists, with a 0.5 FTE physician at the location
• Equipment:
  • 2 LINAC Varian 21E (MV imaging) / Varian True Beam STX
  • On-site Big Bore Simulator
  • HDR (GYN T&O&Cylinder) available but not mandatory

• Board Certification Requirement: Yes
• Fellowship: Required
• Minimum Board Certification: Certified - The following certifications are required
• Active Licenses in AR: Yes
• BLS/ACLS/ATLS/ABLS/PALS: Not Applicable
