Position Highlights

• Provide Comprehensive Primary Care - Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic health needs.

• Lead Preventive and Longitudinal Care - Promote wellness, prevention, early intervention, and ongoing management that helps Veterans achieve their best possible health.

• Coordinate the Whole Care Journey - Partner with specialty, behavioral health, pharmacy, nursing, and other services to support safe, timely, and well-coordinated care.

• Practice as Part of an Integrated Team - Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues to deliver responsive, Veteran-centered care.

• Champion Quality and Access - Support evidence-based practice, clinical quality, patient safety, and efficient access to care in the rural clinic setting.

• Build Trusted Relationships - Create continuity with Veterans and their families through clear communication, shared decision-making, and compassionate service.
