• Minimum Board Certification: Eligible; Active licenses in WI not mandatory
• Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
• Certifications Preferred: ABLS, PALS

Schedule and Responsibilities:

• Work Hours: M-F, 8-5
• Outreach: Required (Exact schedule TBD)
• Practice Type: Solo
• NP Support: 3 NPs in department
• Call Rotation: 2 weeks/month, shared within the system
• Additional Services: Radiation oncology available
• Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemo
• Equipment Used: Intellidose TxM
