• Contribute to a Growing Center: LGMC serves as the main transfer facility for urology in southwest Virginia and is on track to become a Level II Trauma Center in 2022. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills to a growing and dynamic healthcare environment.Key Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice medicine in Virginia (active license required)
  • Board-certified/eligible in urology
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current certifications in BLS and PALS
  • Experience using eCW and/or Meditech EMR systems (preferred)Schedule and Patient Load:
    • Schedule: Call coverage (details regarding call frequency to be discussed)
    • Patient Load: Variable; expect an average of 2-5 call backs with a 20-minute response time per 24-hour periodAdditional Information:
      • This is a 24-hour call coverage position within a hospital setting.
      • The daily patient volume reflects the average number of patients requiring intervention upon call back.Benefits:
