Plan Consultant (Fully Remote)

• The Plan Consultant is a client-facing member responsible for leading plan design discussions with new plan sponsors.
• Translate client elections into accurate documentation and manage handoffs from sales into onboarding.
• Operate with independence using judgment and critical thinking while maintaining accuracy and client trust.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead plan design discussions explaining provisions, eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules.
• Conduct calls with clients to gather elections and ensure timelines are met.
• Partner with Documents team to ensure plan documents are accurate and coordinate with other teams as needed.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base salary range $75,000–$95,000 plus 5% variable compensation.
