Planning Manager / Senior Planning Manager (Data Centres)

In this role you will lead planning and scheduling for data centre projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track and within budget. You’ll work within a collaborative, employee‑owned culture to deliver complex schemes across London and Europe. You’ll identify risks, forecast milestones, and drive proactive contingency plans to maximise project performance. • Plan and coordinate construction schedules end-to-end from inception to completion
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, architects and clients to develop detailed plans and milestones
• Allocate and review resources (labour, equipment, materials) according to schedules
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and create contingency measures
• Generate progress reports and highlight risks and forecasts to senior management
• Integrate input from multiple stakeholders into the planning process
• Adhere to established processes and procedures in delivery of obligations

• Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification
• Experience in Data Centre space preferred; transferable from MEP, Pharma, Energy
• Proven track record delivering projects as consultant or client-side Project Planner
• Proficiency in Asta PowerProjects and/or Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and PM techniques
• Experience scheduling projects from conception through to completion (RIBA stage 1-5)
