Planning Support Lead: Shape Efficient Planning Services

Rutland County Council is looking for an experienced Planning Support Team Leader to guide the Planning Support team within the Development Management section. You will monitor performance, supervise staff, and ensure planning applications and related processes meet statutory timescales.

You will coordinate workloads, provide technical guidance, and develop systems to improve efficiency and customer service while liaising with applicants and the public.
