Plant Controller - Costing, Variance & Budgeting

KingRecruitingServices seeks a seasoned Plant Accounting Leader to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the manufacturing unit. You will own standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis while partnering with Plant Manager and operations leaders to improve profitability.

You will ensure GAAP compliance, prepare journal entries, and maintain control over the plant’s financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting with detailed insights.
