Base pay range

CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr

In this Plant Controller role, you will oversee all financial operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Missions

• Oversee all financial activities for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with operations leadership to optimize cost efficiency and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
• Lead inventory valuation, cost accounting, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Plant Controller or Finance leadership role.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
