Plant Controller: Manufacturing Finance Leader

Original Composites & Fiberglass in Guelph, Ontario is hiring a Permanent Plant Controller to lead plant accounting, planning, forecasting and internal controls. You will translate operational performance into financial insights and partner with Supply Chain to support decision-making.

You will drive month-end close, cost governance, and capital analysis while coordinating with the Wixom, US facility. This role requires CPA (or equivalent) and 5+ years in manufacturing finance.
