Plant Finance Manager Controller

Lead plant finance, cost accounting, and operational analysis as Administrative Manager in Terrebonne, Quebec, working on-site with manufacturing leaders.

This Administrative Manager serves as the Terrebonne facility’s finance leader and Controller. You will oversee production accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and internal controls. The work connects plant performance with actionable business insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close under U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Maintain accurate plant financial statements and accounting records
• Analyze production, inventory, working capital, and monthly results
• Coordinate budgets, sales forecasts, and capital expenditure planning
• Review standard costs, production jobs, and manufacturing variances

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English and French
• Manufacturing plant leadership experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost accounting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Experience using ERP and financial reporting systems
