Platform Administration & Ops Lead

Flair for Recruitment is assisting a growing wealth management business in Bristol to recruit a Platform Administration Manager. This role takes ownership of the day-to-day operation and development of the investment platform while leading a Platform Administration team.

You will oversee platform operations, model portfolios, and relationships with DFMs and advisers. The role includes governance reporting, training, and driving efficiency through data and technology within a strong control
