Overview

In this role you will advance automation and DevOps for a high-profile, mission-critical trading platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to reduce build and test times, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and streamline deployment and release processes. You’ll shape scalable automation that underpins a highly available product, while collaborating with top technologists.

Responsibilities
  • Support development teams with automation systems
  • Deliver new features and improve platform availability
  • Reduce build times and automated test times
  • Own daily CI/CD pipeline operations
  • Eliminate release costs
  • Ensure scaling of source control for large teams
  • Own the product deployment process
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions across the company
Key requirements
  • Experience in mission-critical Managed Service environments
  • Strong Windows automation and deployment techniques
  • DevOps experience
  • Excellent understanding of CI/CD systems and pipelines
  • PowerShell scripting for Windows; VMware management; other languages like Python considered
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)
  • Experience with log management (Splunk or ELK)
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google)
