Platform BI Engineer: Azure Databricks & Data Products

Neilson Financial Services is seeking a Staff Full-Stack BI Engineer to drive platform-first data products across marketing and call centre operations. You will steer the transition to Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog while delivering sophisticated Power BI models and analytics.

You will own end-to-end BI solutions, define standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with regional leaders to align BI with business outcomes.
