Platform Delivery Tech Lead & Architect

T2 Systems is seeking a Technical Lead – Software Delivery to provide hands-on technical leadership for an enterprise application platform, owning solution design and delivery while ensuring engineering quality and consistency across the team.

This role is 70% design/implementation and 30% coaching, covering architecture direction, standards, and incidents, with responsibilities across lifecycle from requirements to production support and documentation.
