Platform Engineer

As a Platform Engineer at Naimuri, you enable your team by solving complex platform challenges and driving efficient, secure delivery. You own major features from design to production and mentor colleagues while shaping infrastructure, governance, and incident response. You will build reusable components and CI/CD pipelines, monitor platforms, and advocate secure-by-design practices. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and the chance to influence AI/ML readiness and platform strategy at scale.

• Own and deliver complex platform features end-to-end, from design to production
• Create reusable infrastructure modules and CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve platform environments
• Lead on difficult issues and major incidents
• Embed security principles and advise on secure design across projects
• Implement governance like RBAC, policies, and cost controls; manage identity and vulnerability processes
• Coach delivery teams, define golden paths and documentation to ease adoption
• Support junior engineers and stay current with new platform capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and co-author bid documents for new work

• Ownership of complex platform problems from whiteboard to production
• Ability to simplify ambiguity into deliverable steps
• Experience driving architecture decisions with cost, scalability, and performance in mind
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership in engineering
• Experience with platform governance, security considerations, and incident resolution
