Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

What you will own.

• Build and operate services that support campaign workflows and internal tools
• Strengthen data contracts, access boundaries, and recovery paths
• Reduce recurring operational failures through targeted platform improvements
• Make deployments, monitoring, and incident context understandable for the wider team

What you bring.

• Experience building reliable product or platform systems
• Practical knowledge of TypeScript, APIs, data stores, and production operations
• A record of improving reliability without creating unnecessary complexity
• Comfort working from an ambiguous operational problem to a focused technical change

Working style

You will build close to the systems the business depends on. Good work is measured by whether operators can trust the platform, understand what changed, and recover when something goes wrong.
