Must Haves

• 8+ years supporting DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , Infrastructure as Code, and release automation within large enterprise environments
• Hands-on delivery of software delivery modernization and modern engineering practices
• Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted software development tools and AI use cases across the software development lifecycle
• Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise , GitHub Actions , source control management, and developer workflows
• College or University education in computer science or related discipline

Nice to Have

• Experience with internal developer platforms, self-service engineering tools, and developer experience initiatives
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and modernization initiatives
• Experience within large regulated enterprises or financial services organizations
• Experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and engineering enablement
