We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a North America-based team focused on delivering secure, scalable automation and cloud platforms. This role is about enabling teams to build and deliver secure, performant products with minimal manual overhead.

You’ll work hands-on in AWS, GCP, and Azure with modern DevOps tooling and practices.

So, what will I do?

As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining complex automation tasks and cloud architecture for scalable platforms.
• Championing DevOps culture, tooling, and delivery practices.
• Assisting with estimation and planning in agile environments.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to peers and client teams.
• Identifying and raising technical risks or concerns.
• Contributing to a learning culture through speaking engagements, blogs, and community involvement.

This role is based in Montreal , so strong communication skills in both French and English are required.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience in software engineering and DevOps in production environments on at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, firewalls, etc.).
• Agile mindset and ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies to solve real-world problems.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
