Platform Engineering Lead – End-to-End, Hands-On (AWS)

A Tier 1 Bank is hiring an Engineering Manager to own their process orchestration platform end-to-end, overseeing the engineering roadmap, playbooks and ongoing maintenance while coordinating vendor upgrades and internal improvements across all teams running their own stack instances.

The role requires hands-on involvement with code, architecture, and problem-solving, beyond pure people management, plus management of feature teams.
