Platform Engineering Leader — Kubernetes & Cloud Scale

Generative Group is seeking a Head of Platform Engineering to own and grow the platform function, shaping architecture, infrastructure decisions and reliability for a fast-moving ML-enabled environment.

You will lead a hands-on player-coach team, collaborating with product and client teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms and effective development workflows. Experience in regulated or complex environments is a plus.
