Platform Engineering Manager

As Manager, Platform Engineering, you will lead and develop engineers across career stages and geographies. You will execute Planview’s Platform and Intelligence strategy through reusable platform products. The work spans developer experience, security, reliability, compliance, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop distributed platform engineering teams
• Set team mission, roadmap, priorities, and success measures
• Build golden paths for delivery, identity, networking, and observability
• Guide cloud infrastructure and developer tooling decisions
• Establish platform guardrails supporting security and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Experience leading software or platform engineering teams
• Recent cloud-native or related technical engineering experience
• Experience with developer platforms or infrastructure automation
• Ability to balance reliability, security, compliance, and cost
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
