Platform Engineering Specialist - DevOps

In this role, you will help deliver high-value digital products for clients by applying engineering excellence and scalable practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across domains, shaping solutions that balance speed with reliability. You’ll lead peers on hands-on delivery while contributing to internal engineering communities and adopting AI-assisted methods responsibly. The work spans multiple stacks and client contexts, offering opportunities to impact large-scale outcomes and continuously improve delivery. • Build, deploy and run backend services across integration paradigms (synchronous API-driven, message-driven, event-driven)
• Lead and collaborate with others to deliver solutions efficiently and with low complexity
• Contribute to internal and regional engineering communities and share knowledge
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly to improve quality and speed
• Design services with operability in mind and support observability through logging, metrics, and tracing
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to drive learning and improvements
• Adapt to different technology stacks and client contexts to achieve outcomes
• Foster a collaborative, egoless team culture and value delivery for clients

• Years of experience building backend services across integration paradigms
• Fluency in Java, React, TypeScript or Python
• Experience building, deploying and running cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure
• Experience in DevOps teams and automated testing
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with others across roles
• Hands-on experience with GenAI or active personal GenAI projects
• Reliability-focused approach to service delivery with measurable SLIs/SLOs
