Platform Operations Engineer: Onboarding & ITSM

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Application Operations Engineer to join a team supporting a newly launched data and forecasting platform. The role focuses on onboarding and configuring data products so operational users can leverage the platform effectively.

You will work with Product Managers and Service Delivery Managers to support onboarding, manage ITIL processes, and help test and improve platform functionality, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring one day on-site.
