Overview

In this role you lead IT digitalisation initiatives across corporate and supply chain to deliver value, productivity and ongoing improvements. You work within a Digital Transformation program to implement and optimise systems, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will provide technical authority over applications, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and clear data flows from PLM/ERP to other platforms. The position is based on-site in Appledore, with a focus on aligning IT with business needs and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Support end users with 1st line queries
  • Understand PLM data flows into ERP and ensure lifecycle continuity
  • Broaden SuccessFactors knowledge across corporate and supply-chain domains
  • Understand integrations across SAP and adjacent platforms (Materials, Sales, Finance/Controlling, HR, PLM/Teamcenter)
  • Maintain broad Operations domain understanding (production, maintenance, projects, quality) at a solution level
  • Assist in testing major changes (functional, integration, UAT) and document handovers
  • Coordinate delivery with UK Operations, IT teams in Spain, and external partners
  • Establish standards and controls for operational master data to safeguard traceability
  • Assist projects involving implementations, migrations, upgrades, and new digital solutions
  • Ensure optimal, secure operation of systems and improve user satisfaction
Key requirements
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and NX (preferred)
  • Understanding of PLM–ERP data flows and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors within corporate and supply-chain contexts
  • Experience with SAP integrations and adjacent platforms
  • Broad familiarity with Operations domains and enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting tests (functional, integration, UAT) and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners
  • Knowledge of master data controls and data integrity in manufacturing contexts
