PLM Business Analyst Architect

Optimize engineering processes with PLM expertise at Techso, supporting digital transformation projects across Canada and internationally. Work in a flexible hybrid model adapted to client and project needs.

As a PLM Business Analyst, you will become a trusted business partner for clients and stakeholders. You will analyze business processes, clarify needs, and support digital solutions using PLM platforms such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens. Your work will span requirements, solution design, workshops, transformation, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business contexts and identify impacted stakeholders, teams, groups, and processes
• Translate stakeholder needs into precise, actionable objectives
• Maintain functional and non-functional requirements documentation
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical and operational teams
• Support transformation, testing, qualification, and validation phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
• At least four years’ experience in a similar role
• PLM implementation or support experience with Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens
• Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Office
• Professional French and English communication with willingness to travel
