As a PM Server at Trattoria Nolita, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience. Your role will include warmly greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring prompt and attentive service throughout their meal. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to deliver dishes that exceed expectations and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
• A strong focus on guest experience and the ability to anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
