PMO Analyst - Technology

As a PMO Analyst in Kingfisher’s Technology Performance & Portfolio function, you will strengthen governance and reporting across technology programmes and portfolios. You’ll translate delivery data into actionable insights, enabling informed decisions and consistent execution. You’ll build dashboards in Power BI and Excel and support planning, RAID management, and budget tracking. • Maintain project governance standards, processes and controls across technology programmes and portfolios
• Produce and analyse programme/portfolio reporting with visibility on delivery health, milestones and budgets
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel
• Support programme planning, scheduling and dependency management
• Coordinate and maintain RAID information (risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions)
• Support budget planning, expenditure tracking and financial reporting including variances and risks
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and reporting and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

• PMO or similar governance experience
• Experience maintaining RAID logs, project plans and reporting packs
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks and reporting requirements
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with high attention to detail and organisation
