PMO Lead - Data Centre - London

In this role you will lead PMO and project controls for large-scale data centre programmes in the UK and Europe. You will shape governance frameworks, drive performance across cost, schedule, risk and change, and partner with clients at executive level. You will translate data into actionable insights and lead high-performing PMO teams within a consultancy setting. This is a senior leadership position with a hybrid work pattern and a focus on delivering mission-critical developments. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely, well-governed project delivery, across a demanding portfolio.

• PMO governance and framework leadership across complex data centre programmes
• Lead integrated programme controls for cost, schedule, risk, and change management
• Senior stakeholder and client leadership, including executive-level workshops and status communications
• Oversee development of reporting and data/digital integration (dashboard reporting)
• Team leadership, mentoring, and capability development within a consultancy-led environment

• Proven experience in a PMO Lead / Director or senior Project Controls role in large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from design through commissioning in a consultancy or client-facing setting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior/executive level
• UK Passport or existing right to work in the UK
