PMO Lead - Global Tech, Remote-Ready

La Fosse seeks a PMO Lead to establish and run a technology and product PMO for a global organisation of ~700 staff. The role begins onsite in Oxfordshire and may transition to remote working. You will partner with the CTO, CPO and senior leaders to enhance visibility and control across the technology portfolio.

The successful candidate will drive governance, reporting and budgeting, while enabling disciplined delivery and resource planning in a highly autonomous capacity.
