Pogo Live Services Product Director

Lead Pogo’s live services strategy at Electronic Arts, using product management and data-informed decisions in a fully remote environment.

As Product Director, you will serve as Pogo’s strategic product anchor, reporting to the Studio General Manager. You will shape product vision, portfolio roadmaps, live operations, and platform improvements. Your work will connect player intelligence, market trends, behavioral data, and business objectives across Art, Design, Engineering, Production, Analytics, and Community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Pogo’s holistic product vision and portfolio roadmap
• Orchestrate live operations, catalog health, and game updates
• Translate complex datasets into roadmaps and KPI benchmarks
• Forecast revenue, retention, and engagement goals with Finance
• Mentor Product Management and foster operational excellence

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years managing digital games or consumer platforms
• Experience scaling established live consumer businesses
• Deep understanding of casual games and player motivations
• High emotional intelligence driving collaborative organizational change
• Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones
